3) Type in your name
4) Indicate your country of residence, gender, and age
5) Click Log in
6) Answer each of the 128 items
7) Click Finish just once.

After you click Finish, a screen will appear thanking you for completing the assessment.  If you
did not answer one or more items, though, a screen will appear instructing you to answer the
missing item(s) in red and then click Finish again.
