Attackers may be armed or unarmed, and individuals have different physical, mental, and emotional capabilities when responding to danger. The goal is always the same: get home safe—without being injured, arrested, or facing legal consequences.

Tom's self-defense courses are designed as stand-alone programs, meaning you can take them in any order to fit your personal needs and skill level. Each course focuses on real-world, practical techniques to help you recognize threats, de-escalate conflicts, escape danger, and, if necessary, fight back effectively.
